Local Information

RSP'2010 will be held at George Mason University, Fairfax VA.

The conference is hosted at the Faifax Campus, 4400 University Dr., Fairfax, VA. Please visit the following link for directions, and some information on the campus.

RSP'2010 will use facilities from the Research 1 building.

Access to parking, and transportation using shuttle from/to the Comfort Inn and the SpringHill suites hotels will be provided to attendees.

Information on Visas

We offer the assistance service to provide recommendation letters for your visa application.

Visa recommendation letters will only be issued to:

• a. Accepted Speakers/Presenters.
• b. Known Committee Members.
• c. Attendees who have paid their registration fee in full.

Visa letters will state only the following facts:

• a. Conference title, dates and location.
• b. That the requester has paid the required registration fee in full (credit card cleared before).

Hotel Information

The conference has pre-reserved several rooms at

• The SpringHill Suites Fairfax Fair Oaks hotel.

A discount rate is available to RSP attendees, please make sure to mention "GMU IEEE RSP Conference" when registering. The negotiated conference rate is $89 / night plus taxes. To get this rate, you must contact the hotel directly via phone.
